Can I use my own domain?
Yes. On the Team plan you connect one custom domain (e.g. go.yourbrand.com) with a simple TXT-record verification, and every short link lives on it. Free accounts use our shared eb.lk domain.
Is Einblik GDPR / Swiss nLPD compliant?
Analytics are privacy-first: we count clicks server-side with no cross-site cookies and no fingerprinting beyond IP, user-agent and language. There is nothing to consent-banner. Data is processed in the EU/Switzerland and a DPA is available for Team customers.
What does the free plan include?
Up to 30 new links per month, 5 custom slugs, unlimited edits, 30-day analytics retention, and unlimited redirects — your links keep working even if you stay on Free forever. No credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I migrate my links from Bitly?
Yes — export your Bitly links to CSV and import them into Einblik; we re-create them under your account so your campaigns keep their destinations. See our Bitly migration guide.
What is "query-string clarity"?
When you shorten a link, Einblik can strip noisy tracking parameters (fbclid, gclid, mc_cid, _ga, …) while preserving the UTM tags you actually care about — so your destination URLs and analytics stay clean. Try the free Query-string cleaner.
Do my links break if I downgrade or stop paying?
Redirects always keep working. If a Team subscription lapses, existing links continue to resolve; you simply lose the ability to create new custom-domain links and some Team-only features until you re-subscribe.
Can my team collaborate?
Yes. Invite teammates by email and assign roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer). Everyone works under the same organization and shared domains.
How is this different from Bitly or Rebrandly?
