Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Einblik, operated by Vantino SARL (“Einblik”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Einblik lets you create short links on shared or custom domains, view click analytics, and manage them with your team. We may change or improve features over time; we will not materially reduce a paid plan’s core features without notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Einblik.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may disable links or accounts that violate it, including links to malware, phishing, or illegal content.

4. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Free plans are provided as-is at no charge.
• Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal and keep access through the period you already paid for.
• Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the destination URLs and content you link to. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the redirect and analytics service.

6. Availability & links

We aim for high availability and design the redirect path to keep working even during maintenance. Redirects for existing links continue to function regardless of plan status.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with venue in the competent courts of the canton of our registered seat.
